Return Policy:

We will accept authorized returns on saleable merchandise purchased from us in the last 21 days. The following merchandise is not acceptable for return. Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire, or weather and items installed on a vehicle. Items not authorized on the original RMA. Items purchased more than 21 days previous.

Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.

Electrical parts are not returnable if pluged in or unsealed for any reason.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Core Returns:

All cores must be returned in the original carton.

All fluids must be drained from the core.

The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All parts are covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for additional information. We (the seller) are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
